These terms describe the use of the Check MATE website and platform. Carrier engagements are governed by a separately executed agreement.

Carrier authority

Check MATE records observations and supports carrier review. The application does not independently deny claims, determine coverage, declare fraud, or release or withhold claim payments.

Accounts and access

Access is granted through verified membership and an approved organization. A verified email alone does not activate claim access.

Billing

Service invoices are separate from insurance claim amounts. Billing arrangements are defined in the executed agreement and rate schedule.
