Claim records

Claim-related records and files are stored privately and accessed only by authorized users within the carrier's organization and Check MATE operations. Access is enforced at the data layer, not only in the interface.

Retention

Retention is configured by approved contract and organizational policy. Legal holds override routine deletion.
